Skin Brushing

We’ve all heard of skin brushing, but have you actually brushed your skin? Skin brushing with a natural bristle brush, not too hard, not too soft, but with gentle pressure and upward strokes starting at your feet and working your way up to your heart, is so very beneficial for your health. In addition to polishing your skin by removing layers of dead skin cells (we all “shed”!), the act of skin brushing helps to move the lymph fluids in your body. Lymph can become stagnant.
